Registration Process
Fill Details
Fill in all required details on the registration form, including participant information, contact details, and committee preferences for each delegate. Delegation size: minimum 6 and maximum 10 participants.
Payment Link
Once your registration is received, the Head Delegate will be sent a secure payment link via email. Payment can be made online using any valid debit, credit, or virtual card.
Confirmation & Allocation
After the payment is completed and your registration status is updated to “Paid”, your Committee allocations (on a rolling basis), Accommodation confirmations at the MUNIK Partner Hotel, and Itinerary (including socials, travel guidance, and Karachi tour options, if applicable) will be finalized and shared with you.
Guidance
A dedicated MUNIK team member will be assigned to your delegation to guide you through every step of the process (payment, accommodation, and travel support).
