How to Register
Choose Your Type
Choose whether you are registering as an Individual Delegate or as a Delegation. (Delegation size must be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 participants.)
Fill Details
Fill in all required details on the form, including participant information, contact details, and committee preferences for each delegate.
Accommodation (Outstation)
If you are an outstation delegation, accommodation will be provided at the MUNIK Partner Hotel. Additional charges will apply; please refer to the pricing table. Accommodation will be allocated, and payment for it will be collected separately once registration is confirmed.
Payment
Proceed to the online payment, which can be made using any valid debit, credit, or virtual card. After completing your payment, keep your proof of payment saved.
Confirmation
Your registration status will automatically change to Paid, confirming your spot at the conference. Once your registration is marked as paid and confirmed, the committee allocation process will begin on a rolling basis.

Q:When will we receive our allotments?
Once your payment is completed, you will receive your allotments on a rolling basis.
Q:When can we expect the study guides?
Study guides will be released around late December 2025. To access them, go to the Committee tab, click on your committee, and you’ll find the drive link for the study guide there.
Q:As an outstation delegate, how do we learn more about our accommodation?
Once you register and complete your payment, our team will reach out to you, and we’ll handle your entire journey from there, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. You can contact +92 3322297372 for full details on your accommodation, including all travel arrangements, if you need them before registering.

Q:When will the itinerary be released?
The detailed itinerary for MUNIK XVI will be released in January 2026. Outstation delegations will also receive a separate general itinerary after their registration is confirmed, which will include information on travel, accommodation, socials, and the optional Karachi tour package.
